1. What products does DC Arcades offer?


We specialize in handcrafted custom arcade machines and virtual pinball cabinets. Each unit is built with attention to detail, premium artwork, and top-tier components for the ultimate gaming experience.

2. Can I customize my arcade or pinball machine?


Absolutely. We offer customization options for cabinet design, artwork, lighting, controls, and more. Let us know your vision, and we’ll bring it to life.

3. How long does it take to build and ship a machine?


Build times vary depending on the complexity of your order, but most machines are completed and shipped within 3 to 4 weeks. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

4. Do you offer financing or payment plans?

We are not directly partnered with financing or payment plan partners, but you may still be able to use Klarna, Affirm through their "Virtual card" system (subject to approval)

With Klarna's One-Time Card:


If the store doesn't directly partner with Klarna, you can still use Klarna's virtual card service. This allows you to generate a one-time use Visa card number to use at any online retailer that accepts Visa payments

 

Using Affirm Virtual Card:


1.    Request a Virtual Card: In the Affirm app or website, request a virtual card for your purchase.
2.    Shop Anywhere Visa is Accepted: Use the virtual card details (card number, expiration date, CVV) like a regular credit card at checkout.
3.    Pay with Affirm: Choose credit card as your payment method and enter the virtual card information. 
 

5. Do you ship nationwide?


Yes, we ship across the continental U.S Free of charge on all orders. Shipping rates for CAN are calculated prior to order (please contact us first). Local delivery and pickup options may be available depending on your location.

6. Is there a warranty included?


Yes, all machines come with a standard 1 year limited warranty on defective computer parts and labor. Extended warranties and support plans are available upon request.

7. What if my machine arrives damaged or doesn’t work properly?


We stand by the quality of our work. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately and we’ll make it right—whether it’s a repair, replacement.
