The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Please note, if you live down a road or driveway that the truck cannot access safely, delivery will not be completed. Please notify us immediately of any special delivery requirements including remote locations, islands, steep and/or narrow roads/driveways/bridges, dirt roads, etc. Will call (customer pick up) may be required. Transit time will vary depending on carrier. Signature is required upon delivery. Inside service is not included with freight carriers. Please ensure we have the best contact information for your order upon check out.

Shipment processing time

DUE TO INCREASED DEMAND AND COVID CHALLENGES, SHIPPING TIMES MAY BE DELAYED.

All orders are processed into the system within 2-3 business days. Production time can be up to 6 weeks at which time you will receive notification your order is on the way. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Methods

Freight: Your arcade with be delivered strapped to a pallet and dropped off on your driveway. The Vpin units arrive in a wood crate.

**The carrier drivers will not help bring it in.
